 Transformation in urgence

After repeated failure of several financial partners, a company owner became exposed to possible creditors reactions. This would have led to a general bankruptcy for both, himself and the company. We have been requested to reduce both exposures, that of the owner and that of the company. After having identified the different issues, elaborated a proper strategy together with the owner, we were requested to implement it. We have then coordinated the action plan and participated actively in the negociation process with those creditors needing most attention. Eventually the status of the company was transformed into a Limited Co. During this phase our role was to define the strategy and organise the legal, the fiscal, the administrative, the notary public and the accounting aspects of the operation. Today, the owner has preserved the value of his capital, his personnal risks are totally under control, the company has reduced its exposure down to normal, the regular creditors of the new company have an improved situation, the credit rating has improved since the company is know safe and has no risk to go bankrupt.
