 Financial investment company

The manager of a financial investment company all of a sudden did no longer respond. Clients went very nervous about their investments. Eventually a complaint was filed to the criminal judge, but with the lack of evidences, it was clear that the case would dye. We examined the case and proposed a strategy which was accepted. A cooperation with several judges from multiple juridictions started in CH, FR, USA, LUX, DE, UK. We gained official access to all files. We did thorough tracing of financial transactions, involving more than 120 bank accounts throughout the world, all the accounts as well as all the informations collected were consolidated. The cooperation between police, justice and private investigators were excellent. The results were overwhelming and the creditors were repaid substantial amounts of their investment, which they considered as lost.
