 Minority shareholder

A minority shareholder could not understand why the value of his shares was just melting over the last three years. Before, he had been working in the company and all went well. So we reconstructed the accounts, built a comparative data check, made a background check on the CEO, collected infos from close parties, asked for expertise of several assets. At the end we had evidences that the CEO was plundering the company and the case could be presented to the judge.
