 Forced dismiss both CEO and CFO

The board had been obliged to dismiss both the CFO and the CEO. Within days a temporary solution had to be found otherwise catastrophs could appear; payments would stop, sales would drop, panic could break through among stakeholders, and the moral in the staff could be highly destabilised. The company was on the eve to move its headquarters, it was publicly exposed, and the high season was starting, important sums were at stake. We were asked to bridge the critical period. Our mission was to manage the company, to follow the objectives, to stabilize the staff, to extinguish the fires with appropriate measures, to prepare the new season, the recalculate the entire budgets. After several weeks a new manager was found. The company had survived, the crisis was over. The capacity of each member of the staff was often strechted to the limit, and the cohesion of the groups has been greatly improved.
