 Mediation in business valuation

One of the three shareholders was not performing, after three years the other two decided to separate. A litigation started as to of the value of each part. At the court, somebody suggested a mediation and all parties agreed upon our name as mediator. We analysed the case, interviewed the shareholders, reviewed the involvment of each, proposed a way to assess the value of each part, made a torough review of the different options. A way to conciliate the parties was found and our proposal was accepted. The parties are still in contact today.
